I live in the South Island of New Zealand. In these days of Covid19, it is good to live so far away from the rest of the world.

I am very lucky here to enjoy clean air and water, grass fed animals and lots of places for exercise and relaxation. I have sufficient space at home to have a medium size vegetable garden and small orchard, so that I can monitor what goes into some of my food and ensure that it is organic where possible.

The very best thing is that my wife of 48 years has come on this journey of nutrition and health discovery with me.
